Seitz Ross attorneys, together with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, represented Man Group PPC, the world’s largest publicly traded hedge fund manager, in an action challenging Man Group’s 1.6 billion acquisition of fellow hedge fund titan GLG Partners. The merger successfully closed in October 2010 and the litigation was successfully settled in January 2011.
