  • In Polycom, Inc. v. Sun Capital Partners, Seitz Ross, together with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, represented Polycom in expedited litigation to specifically enforce the terms of a purchase and sale agreement. After substantial expedited discovery and on the eve of trial, Polycom achieved a favorable settlement under which the transaction closed.
