On Thursday, September 11th, Brad Aronstam participated on a panel discussing M&A developments at the annual meeting of the ABA’s Business Law Section in Chicago. The panel, entitled "The 2014 Annual Review of Developments in Mergers and Acquisitions," reviewed significant developments in M&A law over the past year from both transactional and litigation perspectives.
