Seitz Ross attorneys, together with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, represented infoGroup, Inc. and its board of directors in their successful defense of a shareholder action seeking to preliminarily enjoin infoGroup’s more than $450 million sale to private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors. The merger successfully closed in June 2010.
