Titan Investment Fund II, LP v. Freedom Mortgage Corp., N09C-10-259 WCC (Del. Super. Ct. 2011)

Seitz Ross attorneys represented a lender in a breach of contract action against a borrower for failure to close on a $100 million credit facility.  Seitz Ross attorneys served as lead trial counsel in the seven-day bench trial.  On March 27, 2012, the Court issued its findings of fact and conclusions of law and held  that the borrower breached its contractual obligations.  Seitz Ross attorneys are representing the lender in the appeal, which was argued before the Supreme Court of Delaware on November 7, 2012.
