Seitz Ross attorney C.J. Seitz successfully represented a shareholder in a statutory appraisal proceeding following a short form merger of EPIC Mortgage Servicing, Inc. into Cavalier Oil.  In what has become the leading appraisal decision on the issue, the Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the Court of Chancery's post-trial decision rejecting the application of a minority discount for valuing stock in an appraisal proceeding.
