Levey v. Brownstone Asset Management, LP, C.A. No. 5714-VCL (Del. Ch. 2010)

Seitz Ross attorneys represent several principals of a limited partnership and a limited liability company in litigation brought by a former colleague claiming interests in those entities.  On September 27, 2012, following oral argument, the Court granted from the bench the motion for summary judgment on all claims filed by Seitz Ross.  The case is on appeal to the Supreme Court of Delaware.
